Marking 1 Month from the Attack on Israel

November 7, 2023

As of today, November 7, 2023, we mark 1 month since Hamas waged war on humanity.

Keep Praying for Israel.
Pray for Hamas to surrender (or end).
Pray for the safety of 242 hostages.
Pray for evil to stop in Israel.
Pray for Peace.
Pray for antisemitism to end around the world.
Pray for many to come to Jesus.
Pray…

Today, Israel observed a national day of mourning, one month after the October 7th massacre.

A minute of silence was held, and flags were lowered to half-staff as the memorial ceremonies went underway across Israel in remembrance of the 1,400 dead as well as the 242 hostages.

Currently, the IDF is operating deep within Gaza City. Forces have captured two members of Hamas’ Nukhba force, who were involved in the October 7th massacre. Daily more and more tunnels utilized by Hamas are being discovered and destroyed. In one case, Israel troops discovered 50 rockets and launchers in the youth hall of a local mosque. In an effort to aid innocent civilians, humanitarian groups are helping to evacuate many to the southern region of Gaza via corridors opened specifically by the IDF. Amidst everything, rockets continue to be fired from Gaza (Hamas) at the Israeli communities.

From an article written by ABC News after an interview with Prime Minisiter Netanyahu, they mentioned that Israel will have a role to play with Gaza for the foreseeable future to ensure their safety:

The prime minister indicated he believes Israel will have a role to play for an “indefinite period.” Last month, Israel Defense Minister Yoav Gallant suggested the final phase of the war would be to sever “Israel’s responsibility for life in the Gaza Strip” and establish a “new security reality for the citizens of Israel.”

In other news, many global air carriers have continued to extend their dates each week as flights continue to be rescheduled, postponed, and even cancelled through the first week of December 2023.
