12-Day Tour of Israel

This adventure brings the Bible to life through vivid landscapes and sacred places. From the beginning, you explore seaside ruins shaped by wind, water, and time. At the same time, you take in wide mountain panoramas that frame the land of Scripture. With every view, familiar stories gain new meaning. As a result, each place invites deeper reflection.
First, you begin your journey across the Holy Land with a strong sense of anticipation. Almost immediately, ancient history surrounds you. In every direction, the land feels alive with memory and purpose. As you travel onward, you move through regions filled with faith and tradition. Along the way, each stop reveals new layers of meaning.
Next, you sail across the waters Jesus knew. As the boat glides forward, the gentle waves invite quiet thought. Meanwhile, the shoreline feels close and familiar. Soon after, you wander ancient villages built of stone and story. There, narrow paths reveal how people once lived. In this way, everyday life from the Bible feels suddenly real.
Then, you hike through lush nature reserves filled with green hills and flowing springs. As you walk, birdsong and wildflowers surround you. At the same time, moments of silence bring peace. Shortly after, you float effortlessly in the Dead Sea. In contrast to the greenery, the desert stretches wide and still around you.
Afterward, you climb desert fortresses rising from the wilderness. From the top, the views are vast and unforgettable. Here, stories of courage and endurance come to mind. With each step, you feel the weight of history beneath your feet.
Finally, you roam Jerusalem’s storied streets. As you walk, stone walls echo with centuries of prayer. Sacred sites invite reverence and awe. Here, you trace places connected to Jesus’ final days. Faith feels both ancient and present.
From Nazareth to Bethlehem, familiar accounts gain clarity. Likewise, the Valley of Elah brings Scripture into focus. Along the way, you savor local culture and flavors. Ultimately, you stroll iconic paths and return home inspired, renewed, and deeply connected to the Bible.
Level 1: Easy
This trip is comparable to a sightseeing bus tour. Most of the travel will be from the comforts of our air-conditioned motor coaches. There may be limited walking, sometimes even across uneven surfaces. Nearly all sites will be wheelchair accessible.
Level 2: Relaxed
This trip consists of light walking, potentially 1-3 miles per day at most. Most of your time will be spent on the bus, at museums or other sites with frequent stops, or places with similar accommodations. Occasionally there will be uneven paths, however most sites will be wheelchair accessible.
Level 3: Moderately Active (Most Common)
This trip is our most popular and standardized for our most common programs. On average you’ll be walking 3-5 miles per day, with a handful of sites having uneven pathways. Some sites may be wheelchair accessible, however some will not. Some sites may be inaccessible due to stairs or rugged terrain. There will be frequent stops throughout the day to rest and catch your breath.
Level 4: Very Active
This trip is a bit more energetic, featuring the occasional hike or even potentially a dig site. You’ll be walking anywhere between 4-7 miles per day, many sites will have uneven or unpaved walkways. Several sites will be wheelchair accessible, and have wheelchair specific areas, however many sites do contain stairs or other similar obstacles. Travelers are welcome to sit on the bus or meet with the group at the end of certain sites if they do not wish to participate.
Level 5: Energetic
This is our most energetic program! We’ve specifically aimed these programs at students and young adults, as they may consist of 6-10 miles of walking per day, along with hikes and other adventurous obstacles. This tour is more strenuous than most tour programs. While some sites may offer accommodations for wheelchairs or walkers, travelers may want to opt out from certain sites due to uneven terrain and unpaved pathways. Some programs also include early dusk or dawn hikes or walks, which could be difficult for some with impaired vision in darker settings.
